I was born in Hokknido, Japan. For 28 years I have been in the restaurant business. I started at "Kikumi" (Akasaka), "Matsubhima" (Ginza) and "Tama Sushi" (Shinjuku) in Tokyo and "Kakiden" in Kyoto. I have a license from the Japanese Cooking Association. Through my experience, I have learned a purely Japanese style cuisine, as well as Tokyo style sushi (Edomae Sushi).
